Group Fitness Class Description.



Total Body Fitness - Rosa - Ultimate work out Classes where you get a good cardio training followed by weight training to tone and build muscle. The focus will be on total body workout, where you sweat, tone, have fun and feel good.


  NEW!!!!! Tabata Mix - Rosa - The Tabata protocol is a high intensity training regime that produces remarkable results.   In a group class we will start with 10 minutes warm up, then move to the sequence of 4 exercises that we might mix (cardio-muscle tone-cardio-muscle tone), that we will repeat 6-8 times ( 12-16 min each round). Each class will end with core work and stretches. this is a high intensity work out that is suitable for anybody that wants to get the burning going.

Step,Step,Step - Myrtle - Fitness classes were not just a fad of the 80's. Even after all these years Step Classes are still very popular and are a safe effective way to burn fat and build cardiovascular endurance. This step class consists of choreographed step patterns that will challenge your mind and body as you burn calories and release stress! The Intensity of your workout will be determined by the speed and execution of your movements. Step right up to the fitness fun.

Yoga - Marsha - A relaxing way to release stress from mind and body while at the same time giving your body overall strength, balance and lengthening workout. All fitness levels welcome.

Body Blast - Stephanie - A total body workout combining hi-lo cardio with functional strength conditioning. We'll use hand weights, and Body bars but NO STEPS!!


Abs & Lower Body Power - Elise - Class begins with a warm up followed by standing strength, then on the mat for some intense toning using all the core muscles. Lets get working on those abs!!

Cardio Plus - Paulette - is a high energy cardio workout, alternating weekly between hi/lo aerobics, interval training and cardio ball workout. With the combination of old fashioned aerobics or interval/plyometrics or lower body exercises, all classes are cardio energy to raise your heart rate. Each participant works at their own fitness level- no- fancy moves- no complicated choreography. Np one leaves this class without sweating. Come and have some fun!!!
